Worked examples

A 5-second clip at 720p costs $0.70 at the API: 5 seconds at $0.14. Here the same clip costs 175 credits: 5 seconds at 35 credits. All four recorded clips on this site were made at that setting.

What 175 credits cost you depends on how you buy them. With the $15 pack it is about $1.75. On the monthly plans it is about $1.44 on Starter, about $1.27 on Pro and about $1.15 on Studio. That is more than the $0.70 API list price. If you write code and want the lowest price per clip, the API is cheaper. This site is for making clips in a browser.

How many 5-second 720p clips each option buys, rounded down:

  • $15 pack, 1,500 credits: about 8 clips
  • $49 pack, 5,500 credits: about 31 clips
  • $149 pack, 20,000 credits: about 114 clips
  • Starter, $9.90 a month, 1,200 credits: about 6 clips a month
  • Pro, $29 a month, 4,000 credits: about 22 clips a month
  • Studio, $79 a month, 12,000 credits: about 68 clips a month

Other settings cost in proportion: 10 seconds at 720p is 350 credits, 5 seconds at 1080p is 350 credits and 10 seconds at 1080p is 700 credits. Packs and plans are on the pricing page.

A failed generation is not charged: the credits come back automatically. A finished clip that plays but that you do not like is still charged, so leave room in your budget for retakes.

Pricing questions

Is Wan 3.0 Prime free?

How much is a 10-second Wan 3.0 Prime video?

Not here. Sound on or off is the same credit price.

Why does a clip cost more here than at the API?

The API price is what a developer pays the provider per second. Here you pay in credits for a generator that runs in the browser. A 5-second 720p clip lists at $0.70 at the API and costs 175 credits here, which is about $1.75 with the $15 pack and about $1.15 on the Studio plan. If you can call the API yourself, that is the cheaper route per clip.
