Wan3Prime provides the account, balance and payment service. Each keyword site explains a different task; its current output determines whether you need credits.

Why does another video site send me to Wan3Prime?
Raindance, City Folding and Video Outpainting use Wan3Prime as their shared account and credit service, operated by Cicadas. Sign-in, credit purchases, billing and private generated files live here. The keyword sites do not require separate accounts. Their current capabilities differ: Raindance exports a storyboard, City Folding exports a prompt, and Video Outpainting opens this service’s working MP4 processor.

A credit purchase funds available processing
The current entry options are a $9.90 monthly Starter subscription with 1,200 credits or a $15 one-time pack with 1,500 credits. Monthly plans renew until canceled; one-time packs do not renew. See the current pricing and expiry rules.
The outpainting preset charges 70 credits per job. At the $15 pack rate, that is $0.70 of the balance, not a $0.70 checkout. Wan 3.0 Prime quotes depend on its selected settings; review the quote in the workspace before generating.
Buying credits does not connect an unfinished effect. Raindance and City Folding planning remain free, and no verified renderer for those effects is included in this release.

Sign in on Wan3Prime
Your balance, generated-video library and billing are managed on this domain. The planning sites work without sign-in.
Inspect the quote and submit
A validated generation is charged when it is accepted. A refused local file is not a submitted generation.
Review and download
Play the finished video and inspect its details. Technical failures return job credits; a completed visual result you dislike remains charged.

Shared account questions
Do I buy a plan separately on each keyword site?
No. The linked keyword sites send purchases to Wan3Prime. Read the task’s current scope before buying; a shared balance does not activate an unavailable renderer.
Does a failed job refund my card payment?
A technical job failure returns the consumed credits to your balance. A refund of a pack or subscription payment is a separate process governed by the refund policy.
Can I use a Raindance or City Folding plan as a finished video?
Those exports contain scene or prompt directions, not an MP4. They do not establish identity continuity, architectural motion or a working paid renderer.
