### What is a credit worth?

Credits are what you spend on clips: 35 per second at 720p and 70 per second at 1080p. With the $15 pack, 1,500 credits cost $15, so one credit is one cent. The larger packs and the plans give you more credits per dollar. Yearly plans cost $99, $290 or $790 a year and grant 14,400, 48,000 or 144,000 credits at once for the year.

### What does a 5-second clip cost?

175 credits at 720p and 350 credits at 1080p. In money, a 5-second 720p clip is about $1.75 with the $15 pack, about $1.44 on Starter, about $1.27 on Pro and about $1.15 on Studio.

### Do credits expire?

Pack credits are valid for 365 days. Monthly plan credits are granted each month and expire when that month ends; they do not roll over. A yearly plan grants the whole year’s credits at once, and they expire when the year ends.

### Do I get credits back if a generation fails?

Yes. If a generation fails, the credits come back automatically. That includes prompts the provider’s safety filter refuses. A finished clip that plays but that you do not like is still charged.

### Can I cancel a plan?

Yes, at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

### Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards. Payments go through Stripe.

### Is there a free plan?

No. There is no free tier and there are no free credits. The lowest-priced options are the Starter plan at $9.90 a month and the one-time $15 pack.
